It came to my attention a few weeks ago that no emails were being sent through my help desk. I have since fixed the problem. You can seek help in the knowledgebase or submit a ticket with your questions, and I will be able to see and respond to them. Check it out in the menu at the top of the page "Contact", where you can be taken directly to creating a ticket or "Help" to see the knowledgebase.
