Returns, Exchanges or Lost packages

Solution

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please Contact Jude first and complete the return form located at the bottom of the store under Customer Service.

To process the request, a brief explanation of the damage and supporting photos will be required. Jude will follow up via email with instructions for submitting the photos.

If the return is approved, please send the product with tracking to the following address:

If the post office lost your package, 14 business days must pass before requesting refund.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered to the address provided on the order, we are unable to issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

We also do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so we kindly ask that you place an order only if you are certain you would like the item.
