Downloads Manager

I have installed a downloads manager on the forum along with a points system.  I'm trying to get the forum close to how it was set up years ago, where you earn (and can eventually buy) points to gain access to certain areas as well as download my books.  

The downloads manager can also be used for your personal downloads that you want to share with others, also for points, which would help you increase your total.  I'm slowly adding new features, so stay tuned.
