Shipping & Delivery
Jude's Place ships all orders via USPS, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it’s available. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, Jude’s Place is unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us. After 14 days from the shipment date, we’ll be happy to review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and its original packaging so we can assist with a refund or exchange.

International Orders & Refunds
We ship physical products to U.S. addresses only. Any order placed from outside the United States for a physical product will be canceled and refunded. International customers are limited to purchasing digital products and services, including advertising, publishing, and eBooks.

Digital Products & Refunds
All purchases of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Customer Responsibility for Local Laws
Laws regarding self-defense devices vary by state and municipality. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that any product purchased is legal to possess and use in their city, county, and state. Jude's Place is not responsible for items prohibited by local laws.
