Yes, packing videos are available and currently provided free upon request. There is an option in many safety, self-defense, keychain & accessories products where you can select it. If it is not listed, you can add it in order notes or contact support after purchase.

There a few reasons, but the most important is many of the products come in primary colors (blue, red, green, purple, yellow or black). So if you ask for orange, chances are that most of the products will either need to be yellow or red. So if your favorite color isn't primary, you will need to choose the closest available color. If you want a combination of similar colors, note that in add'l info. Even then, there might be a few products in your package where that color isn't available. Always provide an optional primary color, which can be chosen when your first choice isn't available. Jude will do her best to stick with your color choice, but it's not always possible. If you won't accept anything but your color choice, make sure to note that in add'l info. Jude can send you a photo of what she can send. If it's not acceptable, she can cancel the order. Or you can pick a handmade product, where the color is more flexible.

AI is used as a helpful tool for marketing and content creation in Jude's Place. However, all product photos shown in the store are real product images and are not AI-generated. If you'd like more information, there is a video and article in the Blog.

This can happen for a few reasons. Make sure you are logged into your account, as coupons do require login. The coupon may also be expired or already used the maximum number of times. If you're unsure, you can contact Jude to verify.

Creating an account is required to access downloads and view order history. The free ebook will appear in your downloads after checkout, and nothing is emailed. Registration is simple and only requires name, email, and password. No verification is required. Your information is not sold or shared, and no spam emails are sent. OpenCart is also a bit fickle with its settings, which is why an address is required during checkout, even with the free download. If you do not want to share your actual address, feel free to enter a fake one. A real address is only necessary when ordering a physical product. Jude does offer her own versions of totes and T-shirts at a lower price under the Handmade and Keychains & Accessories categories. Nothng is currently listed on Judeplace.etsy.com, but she has recently added a Printify store at printify.judesplace.com

We welcome international customers, but due to varying regulations on self-defense products and higher shipping costs with limited tracking, we currently only ship physical products within the United States. Digital products such as ebooks, advertising and publishing are available to everyone.

All applicable sales tax is included in the purchase price, regardless of which state you live in, and remitted to the Texas Comptroller.

There are 4 styles of the DZS (Day Zero Survival) brand. All include built-in flashlights:
