Can I get a packing video with my order? Does it cost extra?

Yes, packing videos are available and currently provided free upon request. There is an option in many safety, self-defense, keychain & accessories products where you can select it. If it is not listed, you can add it in order notes or contact support after purchase.

I notice you use AI a lot. Why?

AI is used as a helpful tool for marketing and content creation in Jude's Place. However, all product photos shown in the store are real product images and are not AI-generated. If you'd like more information, there is a video and article in the Blog.

I'm having trouble using a coupon. It says it's expired.

This can happen for a few reasons. Make sure you are logged into your account, as coupons do require login. The coupon may also be expired or already used the maximum number of times. If you're unsure, you can contact Jude to verify.

Why is creating an account mandatory? I just want your free ebook.

Creating an account is required to access downloads and view order history. The free ebook will appear in your downloads after purchase or signup. Registration is simple and only requires name, email, and password. No verification is required. Your information is not sold or shared, and no spam emails are sent. Why can’t I find the shirts and totes listed on your Etsy store?

Those items are fulfilled and shipped through a third-party provider, so they are not listed directly in this store. Jude does offer her own versions of totes at a lower price under the Keychains & Accessories category. If you'd prefer Etsy, you can visit: Judeplace.etsy.com

Why don’t you ship internationally?

We welcome international customers, but due to varying regulations on self-defense products and higher shipping costs with limited tracking, we currently only ship physical products within the United States. Digital products such as ebooks, advertising and publishing are still available internationally.

What are the different types of Stun TZ?

There are 4 styles of the DZS (Day Zero Survival) brand. All include built-in flashlights:

Hidden stun device in lipstick case ( 5" long) – ~2.5 million volts
Slim Rhinestone (3.75" X 1.5" x 1" thick) – compact keychain style – ~10 million volts
Regular Rhinestone (4" x 2.25" x 1" thick) – larger grip design – ~10 million volts
Hidden USB style (3.38" x 1" x .63" thick) – discreet keychain design with similar output
